Emergencies happen at the most inconvenient times, so if you're a patient of record in need of our care, please call (866) 274-4650 (toll free) if the office is closed. If your emergency is of a dire nature, please go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
Payment Options

Insurance Information
Please call our Dayton dental office if you have questions regarding your insurance plan. We work with many insurance companies and will file your claims electronically as a courtesy. Please also be prepared to pay your copay or deductible at your visit.
